Bushwise Women translated - how it works

The contents of the website are sent to a service called Babelfish which is operated by the same people who run the Google search engine.
This service translates the text automatically and sends the mofified text back to you as a new web page. You can try it yourself on any web page by going http://www.google.co.nz/language_tools. You can translate some text you supply or just point it to a web page and click "Translate".
Why are there mistakes?
Basically because it's a machine!
Also, images are not translatable, so anything like headings, buttons etc. cannot be translated. Also there is a limit to how much will be translated on each page, so you may find the translation stops part way down.
You are welcome to share with us some particularly curious, humorous or inappropriate translation you find.
Unfortunately we cannot control the translation, we just added this for either your convenience or amusement as you see fit.
